Terms & Conditions

- Promoter: Versofy Solar
- Promotion period: The promotion runs from 1 August to 30 September 2026, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.
- Eligibility: Open to new residential customers in South Africa who sign a Versofy solar subscription contract with the selection of Versofy CHARGE product or any of the larger systems during the promotion period and complete installation by 30 September 2026.
- One gift per qualifying installation/household.
- The offer: Qualifying customers receive (a) two additional solar panels installed at no extra cost, and (b) one Bennett Read 6.6L digital air fryer, delivered after installation is completed and confirmed.
- No cash alternative: Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The promoter may substitute the air fryer with an item of equal or greater value if stock is unavailable.
- Roof space restrictions: Installation of the two additional panels is subject to a technical assessment of available roof space and structural suitability, at the promoter's sole discretion. Where the assessment determines that the additional panels cannot be installed, the customer will not qualify for the panels. The promoter's assessment is final, and no other substitute or compensation will be offered.
- Exclusions: Not valid with any other offer or discount unless expressly stated.
- Delivery: The air fryer will be delivered to your home within one month of installation completion. The promoter is not liable for any courier delays.
- The additional panels form part of the subscription system and remain subject to the standard subscription contract terms.
- General: The promoter may amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms. The promotion complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
